YES, its true as compared to previous years the incidence
of C-Section has increased mainly due the significant reduction in risk related to Anaesthesia and Surgery.
To put it in other way it is now much safer than before to undergo a
C-Section. Other factor that have also contributed to the increase
in C-Section is Precious Pregnancies (Infertility, Increased
Maternal age, Previous Surgery on Uterus, etc)
As per the analysis of mode of delivery at Ankur Hospital for the
